Cancellation or returns will be subject to a minimum of a 30% restocking fee. All special orders require a minimum of 50% deposit. Stock merchandise returned within 3 days must be in its original condition and packaging to receive a store credit. Floor samples are sold as is and clearance merchandise are none returnable. No re-fund on lay-away or special orders. No re-fund on fabric protection. Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on mattresses and box springs.
